We're very happy to welcome Wannes on bass and Jens on drums! The Agitators are back in business!!!

First of all we wish Dave all the best in his new musical adventures and yes we will remain drinking buddies for sure.
As it's hard to replace Dave, we decided to put the band on hold for a while.
Therefore we have to cancel all our shows in the near future.
We apologize to the promotors and fans we're letting down but hope you all understand we need some time to thoroughly rethink the future of The Agitators!

"Today I made a difficult and hard decision which is leaving The Agitators after more than 11 years.
Not being a bass player by nature and living my life as a metalhead I felt I reached a point where
I had to be honest to myself and the band members.
In a band you have to give it 110% and after all those years I couldn't motivate myself anymore playing
Oi Streetpunk music. It's been a great ride and I will look back on it with huge pleasure.
You won't see me on stage with the lads again but we will be joining forces at the bar as
they remain my main drinking buddies!
Cheers and a lotta beers!"

Statement by The Agitators
Never thought we would have to do this but after reading loads of crap about The Agitators on some german website we feel obliged to make a serious statement:
-) We will never let politics into our music.
-) The Agitators are about having a laugh, having a good time and having a few beers!
-) We're proud of our colors (Red & White) that we wear (not about the color that we have), our music, our friends and family!
-) We’re here to have a good time anywhere on this earth.
And for those who still don't get it:
-) Like everyone with some common sense, The Agitators are NOT racists, NOT fascists, NOT homophobic, etc etc. All of us are equal no matter your place of birth.
-) We can not be held responsible for what goes around in the mind of every single person in the audience.
So please let our music and lyrics do the talking.
